Jean Depatie
Montreal, Quebec
Mr. Depatie has over 35 years of national and international experience in economic geology. He has worked in over 15 countries and acted as a consultant for organizations such as the United Nations, the World Bank, the Commonwealth Secretariat, the Asian Development Bank, Banco Interamericano, the Canadian International Development Agency and Quebec's Ministry of Natural Resources. Since 1981, he has been working as president and/or vice president of mining companies. Mr. Depatie sits on the board of directors of several mining companies including Novicourt Inc. (Noranda Group), Glamis Gold Ltd., Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Ltd., and Alexis Minerals Corporation. He is currently president of Decamine Inc., of Montreal, geoscience consultants.

Declan Costelloe
Lakewood, Colorado
Mr. Declan Costelloe of Lakewood, Colorado, United States of America serves as President of Celtic Mining, Ltd., an independent mining consulting firm. Mr. Costelloe is a chartered engineer (UK Engineering Council) and a mining geologist with over 20 years experience. During 2007, Mr. Costelloe served as Investment Manager with the Goldfish Fund, a Denver based private gold equity investment group. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Costelloe served as an investment manager with Veneroso Associates Gold Advisors (“VAGA”), an investment company focused on the gold industry, prior to which he served as research director of VAGA from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Costelloe holds a B.Sc. in geology from University College, Galway, and a B.Sc. in mining geology from the University of Wales College Cardiff. Mr. Costelloe also currently serves as a director of U.S. Gold Corporation (TSX:UXG), VG Gold Corp (TSX:VG), and Alexandria Minerals Corporation (TSXV:AZX)

Kevin Ernst
New York, New York
Most recently, Mr. Ernst served as Managing Director, Global Corporate Client Group, NYSE Euronext. He was responsible for increasing NYSE Euronext’s presence through new business development in Canada, Europe and Asia. Mr. Ernst has been a frequent speaker at the KPMG Mining Executive Forum, Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC), and the Hard Asset Investor Conferences, Industry Summit on PIPEs, the Reverse Merger Conferences and the Global Chinese Financial Forum (Shanghai). Prior to the acquisition of the American Stock Exchange, Mr. Ernst spent 8 years as Managing Director of Equity Sales for the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) where, during his tenure, he substantially increased the Exchange’s listed equities footprint in Canada and China. He has had extensive experience with resource and oil & gas companies in the U. S. and Canada, as well as a broad range of companies in Asia, particularly in the People’s Republic Of China. Prior to joining AMEX in 2000, Mr. Ernst was a Corporate Vice President, Director for UBS’s Investment Consulting Services Group where he managed a group responsible for increasing the firm’s separate account products and services. Prior to UBS, Mr. Ernst worked in Merrill Lynch’s Private Client Division for 12 years. He was a Vice President in Merrill Lynch’s Wealth Management Group, responsible for the nationwide marketing of Merrill Lynch’s institutional products and services to wealthy individuals and families. Previously, Mr. Ernst spent several years marketing Merrill Lynch’s Corporate Stock Option Financing Program to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Ernst received both his Bachelor’s and MBA in Finance degrees from Rutgers University. He also earned a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds both his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.


John D. Redfern

Montreal, Quebec
Mr. Redfern spent many years with Canada Cement Lafarge and was Chairman of the Board of Lafarge Canada Inc. from 1984 – 2006. In addition to the Company’s Advisory Board, Mr. Redfern is also Chairman of the Advisory Board of Clean Water Resources.
