Directors and Officers

Nikolas Perrault*, CFA
Director, President & CEO
Mr. Perrault has extensive experience in securities trading, human resources management and financial analysis. For 15 years, he has worked as a wealth management advisor for several major investment banks (National Bank, Merrill-Lynch, CIBC and Scotia Capital), responsible for advising clients on portfolio management; market trading to optimize portfolio performance; and identifying investment opportunities. His work has focused on small companies in the energy and resources sectors in Canada and abroad, which has allowed him to develop an extensive international network. He has vast experience in raising capital in those sectors, as well as identifying resources for key positions, and readying companies for listing on major exchanges. In 2007, he launched his management consulting firm specializing in financial advice to emerging companies engaged in the energy and resources sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1997.

Mario Justino, M.Sc., P.Geo.
V.P. Exploration
Mr. Justino has worked as a mineral exploration geologist across Canada and internationally for several mineral exploration companies. His international exploration experience includes working in Finland, Sweden, French Guiana, and in Portugal. He has conducted property visits to Mexico, Morocco, Portugal and Spain. Prior to joining Colt, he worked as Director of Geology for a consulting firm. He has also worked for governmental agencies and universities. Mr. Justino is a member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec, the Society of Exploration Geologists and the PDAC. He is fluent in English, French and Portuguese. He has a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Geology from McGill University and a M.Sc. degree in Geology from Acadia University.

Jorge Valente
General Manager of Colt in Portugal and of President of Eurocolt
Jorge Valente is a Portuguese citizen and resides in Brazil. He is a mining engineer (graduated from IST, Lisbon, 1970), specializing in Geomathematics (mineral resources and ore reserves estimation and mine planning). He teaches post-graduate courses at the School of Mines of UFOP (Ouro Preto Federal University), and is a certified CP (“competent person”, by SME – USA). He is an independent consultant in his specialty and acts as the president of VALENTE, CONSULTORIA & SERVIÇOS, Ltda. (a company that was founded in 1990 and currently has offices in Brazil and Portugal). His clients include many major mining companies, both domestic and foreign, operating in Brazil, and he has provided services to foreign operations run by some of these companies in Europe, Africa and Americas. Prior to 1970 he worked in Angola where he held, among others, the position of “chief operations officer” at CML, the country’s largest iron ore mine, Portugal, as “underground chief engineer” at Lousal’s copper pyrite ore mine and Brazil, where the positions he held range from engineer to “engineering and technology director” at PAA, the largest mining study and design company in Brazil and one of the largest in the world, with a global presence. Beginning in 2000, he co-founded and is the president of Geo-ROM, INFORMAÇÃO SISTEMATIZADA, Ltda. (a company engaged in developing and selling expert geology and mining software) and REAL EXTRAÇÃO DE MINÉRIOS, Ltda. (a company that owns and is currently developing the “Jequitinhonha Diamond Project”). Today, after leading the effort to bring COLT RESOURCES Inc. to Portugal, he is a director and COO of COLT and is the president and CEO of EUROCOLT RESOURCES, Ltda. (the wholly owned subsidiary of COLT in Portugal). He is the author of two books and many articles dealing with subjects of his specialty, some of which have been published in English.

Aurelio Useche
Director & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Useche has over 15 years of senior management experience in both Private and Publicly traded corporations including CEO, General Manager and Vice-President, Operations. Since 2007 Mr. Useche has been involved in the start-up of several entrepreneurial ventures in the area of media, publishing and renewable energy. Mr. Useche is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Colt Resources and other privately held corporations.Mr. Useche holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Queens School of Business and also holds a professional designation as CMA. Mr. Useche obtained a BA, Economics from Concordia University.

James Ladner
Director
Mr. Ladner is a financial consultant in Zurich, Switzerland and a professional company director. Mr. Ladner graduated in economics and business administration, majoring in auditing, from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland. He served as a member of Swiss Admissions Commission - Listing on Swiss Stock Exchanges from 1989-1992 and as a member of the Swiss Capital Market Commission of the Swiss National Bank from 1990-1992.

Mr. Ladner was a founder and managing director of RP&C International, London/New York/Zurich from 1992-2002) and served as the non-executive chairman of Bank Austria (Switzerland) Ltd. from 1992-2001.

Previously Mr. Ladner was an Executive Vice President of Coutts Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. and
has served on the board of several other companies, funds and banks in Switzerland and abroad including The Royal Bank of Scotland AG, Interallianz Bank AG, Asahi Bank AG, F. Van
Lanschot Bankiers (Switzerland) Ltd., Immofonds, Energy Capital Investment Co plc, Equator
Exploration Ltd. (EEL.L), StrataGold Corporation (SGV.TO), Pan Pacific Aggregates plc
(PPA.L), Nevoro Inc. (NVR.TO).

He is presently a director of Oracle Energy (since 2007) (OCL.V), Mohave Exploration and Production, to IPO under the name of Porto Energy Corp. (since 2007), Coastport Capital Inc. (since 2009) (CPP.V) and several other companies.

J. Wayne Murton*Director, P.Eng.
Mr. Murton is a geological and mining consultant and the President of J.W.Murton and Associates, based in Kelowna, B.C. He is a registered Geological Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Murton has been active in the mining industry for over 40 years with junior companies as well as major mining companies. He has managed and directed exploration programs for base metals, uranium and precious metals and has managed and directed underground mine development as well as production from gold, silver and copper mines. He has been involved in projects ranging from preliminary exploration to mine management throughout North America and South America as well as West Africa. He has authored numerous property reports, qualifying and NI 43-101 reports as a QP (Qualified Person). Mr. Murton is a director of several public companies including First Lithium Resources Inc. and Colt Resources Inc.

David Johnson, Attorney*
Director
Mr. Johnson is an Attorney and Trade-mark Agent based in Montreal. Attorney David Johnson specializes in corporate law, commercial law, commercial transactions, trade-marks and copyright law across a variety of different industries, nationally and internationally. He is also active in charity law, securities, private international law, mining and environmental law.

Donald J.P. Ziraldo, C.M., LLD*
Director
Donald is the owner of Ziraldo Estate Winery in Niagara on the Lake which produces Icewine exclusively (www.ziraldo.ca). Mr. Ziraldo was a founding partner of Inniskillin, a company dedicated to producing high quality, estate-bottled wines and became the international ambassador for Canadian icewine around the globe. He was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree from Brock University in 1994 in recognition of his achievements including the arts, community service, and contributions to the university. He is also Founding Chairman, VQA: Vintners Quality Alliance.

Donald's board and advisory positions include Shaftesbury Films, Acadamie Du Vin Internationale, Zerofootprint, and RTN Stealth. In 2006, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs appointed him as Chairman of the Vineland Research & Innovation Center.

Among his many achievements, Donald received the Order of Ontario in 1993 and Order of Canada 1998, and in 1999 the National Post Business Magazine chose him as one of the top twenty- five Canadian CEOs of the century. For his business and community work, Donald has received numerous domestic and international awards and lifetime achievements in the areas of wine making and marketing, and business development and entrepreneurialism.

He’s an author of several books, including Icewine: Extreme Winemaking.

J. Wayne Murton, Director, P.Eng.
Mr. Murton is a geological and mining consultant and the President of J.W.Murton and Associates, a geological consultancy based in British Columbia, Canada. He is a registered Geological Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He has been active in the mining industry for over 40 years and has managed and directed exploration programs for base and precious metals, underground mine development and production from underground gold, silver and copper mines.

Filipe Faria
Mr. Faria is a geologist with thirty years experience in mineral exploration. He is a partner and the principal consulting geologist of GEOLOG – Gabinete de Geociências Lda, a geological consultancy based in Lisbon, Portugal. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible of numerous geological and mineral exploration/evaluation projects for a number of domestic and international companies focusing in Western Europe and Southern Africa. Fluent in Portuguese and English, Mr. Faria has been a member of the Portuguese Association of Geologists since 1982 and the Geological Society of Portugal since 1978.

GEOLOG
COLT’s field exploration programs in Portugal have been executed since 2007 by GEOLOG – Gabinete de Geociências Lda, under direction and supervision of COLT management. GEOLOG is an independent geological consultancy based in Lisbon, Portugal. Founded in 1999, the firm is particularly dedicated to consulting and providing geological services to mining and quarrying corporations, with special emphasis on mineral exploration. Its staff includes a number of skilled geologists, prospectors and other technical people, with an extensive record of experience in the international mining industry. The firm has been involved in a number of projects for several client mining companies, both domestic and international, with particular focus on Portugal and Southern Africa.
